Orders
When placing an order, you will receive a sales order confirmation number. Please refer to this number if you have questions pertaining to your order. All in stock items can be shipped overnight. Production time for out of stock items is approximately 4-5 weeks.

We will attempt to accommodate special requests, if made at time of order. Although most communications for products made to your specifications can be carried out by phone, we may require written instructions and sketches sent to us by fax or email for order clarification.

Rush orders can in some cases be accomplished in approximately 3 weeks depending upon the complexity and feasibility of request.

Cancellation
Cancellation of any order must be made within 24 hours.

Shipping/Insurance
All domestic orders will be shipped via FEDEX or UPS. Priority overnight shipping is available and must be specified prior to shipment date.

International orders will be shipped from either our Los Angeles or Hong Kong offices. Customs and insurance charges will apply. Please call for details.

Warranty
All of our products are warranted from defect through normal usage. If any product is worked on by any source - outside of our factory - warranty protection is immediately forfeited (no exceptions). Should you encounter any problem with our product, please contact us for assistance.

Returns
If for some reason, you need to return a product, you must call our Customer Service Department and obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. The number must be clearly visible on both the inside and outside of the package. Orders returned without an authorization number will be refused and returned to sender.
